If you would like to close your account, please contact customer support by ticket or LiveChat. If you have funds in your account, you can either donate them or withdraw them. After the funds have been removed, only then will we be able to close your account.
As a part of our corporate philosophy, SolidTrust Pay makes frequent donations to registered charities. If you would like your remaining balance to be donated to one of the charities we support, please make a member-to-member transfer to STP_Relief_Funds. Please note, however, that as SolidTrust Pay itself is not a registered charity, we are unable to issue donation receipts for tax purposes.
When your account balance has been withdrawn or donated, you may request to close your account by submitting a support ticket. Please include the following information in your ticket, to verify your ID (this information must match the information on your SolidTrust Pay account):
- your name
- your e-mail address
- your residential address
- your date of birth
- your telephone number
- If any credit or debit card(s) are associated with the account, or have been associated with the account at any time, please also provide the last four digits of the card number.
When we are able to confirm this information, we will be able to close your account
