I am an international user [outside of Canada and the United States]. How do I verify my bank account?

If you are an international user, you can verify your bank account to do deposits and withdrawals.

To verify your international bank account, please submit:
- A bank statement or letter that includes:
     - Your name
     - A recent date [within 6 months from the date of submission]
     - Current address that matches the one on your profile
     - Account number
     - IBAN [if applicable]
     - SWIFT/BIC code


Members located in the United Kingdom can verify bank accounts instantly using our Instant Bank Verification System located under Banks & Cards > New Bank Account. Please be advised that this process is completed by a third-party provider.

Helpful Advice

- Please add your bank account information under Banks & Cards > New Bank Account. You should do this before submitting documents. The information you add needs to match the information on your documents.
- You must be Standard Verified before your bank account can be activated. Please click here for more information on how to verify your account to the Standard level.
