Why has my account been suspended? What should I do?

If your SolidTrust Pay account appears to have been suspended without warning, there are several reasons why this may have occurred.

In many cases, accounts are suspended by an automated security feature as a countermeasure against possible unauthorized access.  In other cases, accounts may be suspended due to unverifiable information, incorrect passwords while changing information, real or suspected fraud or abuse, rude behavior towards staff members, invalid username, or breaking our terms of service.

If the system detects that your account is being accessed from a new location (sometimes called "roaming access"), you will be asked to confirm your information (either by answering your secret question, or by entering an authorization code which is sent to the telephone number listed in your SolidTrust Pay account).  If there is an error, your account may be suspended for its own protection.  Note: accessing your account using a proxy server, or any other device that hides or changes your IP address, is prohibited by our terms of service.
