Why has my account been suspended? What should I do?

If your SolidTrust Pay account appears to have been suspended without warning, there are several reasons why this may have occurred:


- Unauthorized access to an account
- Information was submitted that could not be verified

- Incorrect password
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Rude or unnecessary behavior towards staff members
- Invalid username
- Breaking our terms of service


If the system detects that your account is being accessed from a new location (roaming access), you will be asked to confirm your information, either by answering your secret question or by entering an authorization code which is sent to the telephone number listed in your SolidTrust Pay account. If there is an error, your account may be suspended for its own protection.

Helpful Advice

- Accessing your account using a proxy server, or any other device that hides or changes your IP address, is prohibited by our User Agreement.
