Why has my account been suspended? What should I do?

If your SolidTrust Pay account appears to have been suspended without warning, there are several reasons why this may have occurred. A suspension can occur if you:

- Accessed an account unauthorized
- Submitted information that could not be verified

- Entered an incorrect password
- Are suspected of fraud or abuse
- Have been rude or displayed unnecessary behavior towards staff
- Created an invalid username
- Have broken any agreements

- Accessed your account from a new location (roaming access)

Helpful Advice

- Accessing your account using a proxy server, or any other device that hides or changes your IP address, is prohibited by our User Agreement. If you have accessed your account from a new location [roaming access], you will be asked to confirm your information, either by answering your secret question, or by entering an authorization code, which is sent to the telephone number listed in your SolidTrust Pay account. If there is an error, your account will be suspended.
