I am being told my username/password is wrong; how can I fix this?

If you are repeatedly receiving this error message, click on the link that says

"Need login help or forgot password? Click HERE" 

Which is located just below the boxes for your username and password. 

In the box provided, enter the email address which is associated with your SolidTrust Pay account.  You should then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.  The email will also list your correct SolidTrust Pay username.  Once you have reset your password, please use it to login successfully.

Upon logging in you can also change your password in your Security Zone area.

Remember that usernames and passwords are case sensitive!

IMPORTANT: Our system contains security features designed to help prevent unauthorized access to members' accounts.  In the event of multiple unsuccessful attempts to access an account, the originating IP address is blocked by an automated security feature.  If you encounter this issue after resetting your password, you will need to contact us and confirm your account information in order to have your access restored.
