I sent funds to a merchant but the funds have not appeared in my account. What can I do?

If your payment has not registered properly in your account with that merchant, please contact them and provide all details, including the Transaction ID#, your user name and date your funds were sent.

Your transaction details can be found in the email confirmation you received and can also be found by clicking on the little details icon beside the transaction in your Account Overview area. The merchant will need to update your account manually.
