How can I change the address or telephone number on my SolidTrust Pay account?

TrustCard members are the only members who can edit their accounts for security reasons. If you would like to update your account details, please read the instructions below
 

In order to change the address/phone number on your SolidTrust Pay account, we ask that you send us documentation verifying your new information  

To update your address, please submit a recent bill or statement clearly displaying your name, the date (must be within 6 months), and your new residential address.

To update your phone number. please provide a phone bill, with your name, the date (must be within 6 months), your current residential address, and new phone number

You may submit your documents via My Account > Upload Documents (please contact us if you require an alternative method).  Please allow 5 business days for processing.  You will be notified by email when your verification status is updated, or if we require further information.

IMPORTANT: You MUST indicate your "Request for Address Change" or "Request to Change Telephone Number" in the Comment field when uploading your documents.  This will ensure that our verifications department understands why you are submitting documents with information that is different than the information already on your account.
