The fastest and most reliable way to submit verification documents is by uploading them directly through your SolidTrust Pay account. To access this option, please log in to your account and go to My Account > Upload Documents.
If the upload process is not available to you, we can also accept documents via email. In certain cases, we are also able to accept copies of documents sent by post (i.e., physically, by mail). Please contact us for the correct address to which to send your documents.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to accept verification documents sent as links or files attached to support tickets. Such documents will be directed to the wrong department, and will not be processed.
