A merchant sent me funds, but they have not appeared in my STPay account balance. What can I do?

When a merchant or other member sends funds to you they appear instantly. If you do not receive the funds instantly, then that individual or company has not sent them yet, despite what they have told you. You need to contact them to ask when your withdraw will be completed. They may also have sent to a wrong username, so confirm that with them as well.

 

You will always get an email from STPay when someone sends you funds. No email means no money sent!
